Hello everyone, my name is Adhesive Tape Tensile Testing Machines. Before introduce myself, I want to tell a story of tapes firstly.
In our daliy life, adhesive tape can be seen everywhere, in shop, supermarket, home, office, school...etc. Do you know what it experience before go to our hand? Let me tell you.
Production: It will be produced by specialized manufactuer.
Inspection and Testing: This is my daily work as a tape inspector. It is very hard and strict for tapes, if they don’t pass the test, they will be discard or remanufacture. Now let me tell you what testing I will do for the tapes.
- Shear Adhesion Test under Temperature & Humidity: it test the adhesive resistance property and the holding adhesive property of the adhesive tape
- 90 & 180 Degree Peel ,T Peel, Loop Tack Peel Test：it test the peel force and peel strength of tape.
Flow into the market: only pass the testing, they can enter market or application to different industry. Such as automative application, woodworking application,building&construction application, personal care application, paper&packaging application...
OK, these are the three steps of the tape's life. Now it's my term. I am Adhesive Tape Tensile Testing Machines, a inspector of tapes, used for a variety of tape materials for equipment static load, stretching, compression, bending, cutting, tearing, stripping and other mechanical properties of the mechanical afterburn test machine.
